Common use of Notwithstanding Clause Clause in Contracts

Notwithstanding Clause. 28.7, a full-time employee whose employment is terminated by reason of a declaration that he has abandoned his position is entitled to receive the payment referred to in Clause 28.6, if he requests it within six (6) months following the date upon which his employment is terminated.

Notwithstanding Clause. 28.722.09, a full-time an employee whose employment is terminated by reason of a declaration that he has abandoned his position is entitled to receive the payment referred to in Clause 28.6, 22.09 if he requests it within six (6) months following the date upon which his employment is terminated.
