Common use of Notwithstanding Sections 2 Clause in Contracts

Notwithstanding Sections 2. 1.1 and 2.1.2 of this Attachment, in accordance with, and to the extent permitted by Applicable Law, Verizon may at any time establish a wholesale discount for a Telecommunications Service (including, but not limited to, a CSA) that differs from the wholesale discount that is generally applicable to Telecommunications Services provided to iNetworks for resale pursuant to Section 251(c)(4) of the Act.
