Common use of Notwithstanding the foregoing Clause in Contracts

Notwithstanding the foregoing. if an individual employed as a teacher is also employed as a substitute teacher, the total pay for any day shall not exceed one two-hundredth (1/200) of the applicable grid rate of the individual at one- point zero (1.0) FTE.
