Now Playing APIs. By using the Now Playing APIs, You understand that Your Licensed Application Information, associated metadata, trademarks and logos associated with Your Application, and content or information You make available through the Now Playing API, (“Now Playing Information”) may be accessible through the Journaling Suggestions API. You agree that, unless You flag it for exclusion, the Now Playing Information may be used and displayed in connection with providing journaling suggestions to end users through the Journaling Suggestions API, including by other developers and their applications.‌‌‌
