NOW THEREFORE IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS. In this Memorandum of Agreement, words and expressions shall have the same meanings as are respectively assigned to them in the Conditions (referred to at Clause 2(a) and (b) below) except when the context otherwise requires.
