Common use of Nuisance Prohibited Clause in Contracts

Nuisance Prohibited. Tenant shall not act in any manner, nor permit employees or invitees to act in any manner, which shall be a nuisance to other tenants or invitees of the Property or adjacent property owners or tenants, or which would interfere with the other tenant’s quiet enjoyment of their premises. Said prohibition includes, but is not limited to, loud noises, music, noxious or unpleasant odors other than those which have been consented to under the terms and conditions of this Lease, and disruptive behavior or actions, which violate applicable laws.
