Number Assignment. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to, in any manner, limit or otherwise adversely impact Gulf Coast's right to employ or to request and be assigned any NANP number resources including, but not limited to, Central Office (NXX) Codes pursuant to the Central Office Code Assignment Guidelines. Any request for numbering resources by Gulf Coast shall be made directly to the NANP Number Plan Administrator. GTE shall not be responsible for the requesting or assignment of number resources to Gulf Coast. The Parties agree that disputes arising from numbering assignment shall be resolved by the NANP Number Plan Administrator. Gulf Coast shall not request number resources to be assigned to any GTE switching entity.
