NUMBER OF COMMITTEES. Four REMACs are established to cover the fol- lowing areas: (a) Eastern REMAC: (A) In Canada: Regions/Provinces of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Quebec. (B) In U.S.A.: FEMA Regions I and II, States of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont and New York.
NUMBER OF COMMITTEES. NPCC shall have such committees, subcommittees, task forces and other groups as the Board may deem appropriate, including a Regional Standards Committee (RSC), a Compliance Committee (CC), a Reliability Coordinating Committee (RCC), NPCC’s principal technical committee), a Public Information Committee (PIC) and a Finance and Audit Committee (FAC).
NUMBER OF COMMITTEES. The committees of the Board shall consist of an Appeals Committee, a Nominating Committee, a Member Nominating Committee, a Regulatory Oversight Committee, and such other committees as may be from time to time established by the Board. Committees shall have such authority as is vested in them by this Agreement or the Rules, or as is delegated to them by the Board. All committees are subject to the control and supervision of the Board.

  • Number of Stewards The Union may designate one (1), but no more than one (1), ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ on each shift for each of the Employer's principal work areas from among those employees who work therein.

  • Number of Arbitrators The arbitral tribunal shall consist of: i. Sole Arbitrator in cases where the total value of all claims in question added together does not exceed Rs. 2.00 crores;

  • Authority of Committee All determinations made by the Committee with respect to the interpretation, construction and application of any provision of this Agreement shall be final, conclusive and binding on the parties.

  • Meeting of Committee In the event of either party wishing to call a meeting of the Committee, the meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement, however, such meeting to be held not later than 14 days after request has been received unless varied by mutual agreement.

  • Committees The Parties agree on establishing Committees in the following matters: (a) Trade in Goods; (b) Trade in Services; (c) Investment; (d) Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures; (e) Technical Barriers to Trade; (f) Trade Facilitation; (g) Rules of Origin; and (h) Cooperation, including Intellectual Property. 2. The Free Trade Commission may create additional Committees, if needed. The Committees on Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures, Technical Barriers to Trade and Rules of Origin shall coordinate their tasks with those of the Committee on Trade in Goods.
