Number of Copies. Each responding Proposer shall submit one original and 15 copies (for a total of 16) of its QS plus one digital copy in a read-only format on a CD contained in sealed packages. Each QS shall be separated in four loose-leaf three ring binders, one for each volume. The original of each QS must be clearly marked “Original” on its face and spine. Each copy must be numbered 1 through 15 on its spine. The Proposer’s name and volume number must also be clearly marked on the spine. The Proposer’s name must be clearly marked on the CD.
