Number of Evaluations. Special administrator who is in charge of evaluations. The recommendations of the committee shall be binding on the Board, the Association and its members and shall be implemented as proposed. Prior to the opening of school each year, the Superintendent or his/her designee will designate evaluative responsibilities to the principals and/or the administrators for every teacher in the District. As soon as possible at the beginning of each school year the designated administrator shall orient (both verbally and in writing) all teachers under his/her supervision to the evaluation procedures to be used during that school year, and shall advise the teachers as to who will observe and evaluate their professional performance. The Board and/or its designated administrators shall follow the adopted evaluation procedures.
