Number of Inspections. During the first two months of this agreement, the City will complete weekly inspections. Thereafter, in the event the Contractor has no un-satisfactory performances on the quality assurance plan (Attachment A), there will be two inspections per month. The minimum level of inspections (one inspection per month) may be used if the quality of work is satisfactory for two consecutive months.
