Number of leave. Normally it will not be possible to grant leave of absence to more than one Steam Plant employee at a time. However, if re- lief is available this limit may, at the discretion of the Company, be exceeded. If, at any time provision is made whereby transportation and/or other allowances are granted by the Government to Steam Plant personnel attending an approved Vocational School to write for Power Engineering Certificates, the provi- sions set forth above will then be amended to take into account such Government allowances.
