Number of Managers. The Members shall fix by resolution the precise number of members of the Board of Managers. Managers shall be elected by and serve at the pleasure of the Members. Membership on the Board of Managers is not limited to Members. A majority of the Managers shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. The Board of Managers shall act by the affirmative vote of a majority of the Managers.
