Common use of Number of Members Clause in Contracts

Number of Members. Pursuant to the Act, the Company may have only one member and has been organized with only one member. Pursuant to the Act, Articles, and Paragraph 2.6 of the Agreement, additional persons may be admitted as an additional member or members as the case may be provided only that a new Operating Agreement is signed by the Member and the additional member or members.
