Number of New Securities desired Sample Clauses

The "Number of New Securities desired" clause defines how many new securities an investor or party wishes to acquire in a given transaction or offering. Typically, this clause requires the party to specify the exact quantity of shares, bonds, or other financial instruments they intend to purchase, often as part of a subscription or rights exercise process. By clearly stating the desired amount, this clause ensures that both the issuer and the investor have a mutual understanding of the transaction's scope, thereby preventing misunderstandings and facilitating accurate allocation of securities.
