Common use of Number of Servings Clause in Contracts

Number of Servings. The Vendor shall have and maintain the capability to provide approved menu items to serve the appropriate number of people in attendance during the Event period. Estimates of attendance are <100 per day. Vendor fees are not charged for the “Food Truck Fridays” Special Event for the period January 1, 2024 through June 30, 2024, notwithstanding applicable permit and licensing fees as required to do business as a food vendor. The City reserves the right to charge vendor fees for future “Food Truck Friday” events held after June 30, 2024.
