Common use of Number of Share Units Granted Clause in Contracts

Number of Share Units Granted. The Corporation hereby grants to the Participant the number of PRSUs set forth in the Grant Notice subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions set forth in this Award Agreement, the Grant Notice and the Plan, and the Corporation's attainment of the Performance Goals established by the Committee as set forth on Appendix A-1. The actual number of PRSUs earned by the Participant at the end of the Restricted Period may range from 0 to 200% of the Target Level.

Number of Share Units Granted. The Corporation hereby grants to the Participant the target number of PRSUs set forth in the Grant Notice (the “Target Level”) subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions set forth in this Award Agreement, the Grant Notice and the Plan, and the Corporation's attainment of the Performance Goals established by the Committee as set forth on Appendix A-1. The actual number of PRSUs earned by the Participant at the end of the Restricted Period may range from 0 to 200% of the Target Level.
