Number of Shares and Options. The number of shares of Common Stock which may be purchased pursuant to this Warrant shall equal 7,819,092, or 80% of the fully-diluted capital stock, except for the Outstanding Options, as adjusted from time to time pursuant to Section 11 hereof. The number of Options which shall be received upon exercise in full of this Warrant shall equal 762,064 and represent 80% of the total of the Outstanding Options which can be exercised at $2.50 each and shall expire on December 31, 2000 and shall otherwise be on the same terms as such Options.
