Common use of Number of Shares and Price Per Share Clause in Contracts

Number of Shares and Price Per Share. The Executive agrees to purchase from the Company, and the Company agrees to sell to the Executive, Two Million (2,000,000) shares of the Company's Common Stock (the "STOCK") at a purchase price of $0.001 per share (the "PURCHASE PRICE") or an aggregate price of $2,000 payable to the Company in cash or check. The closing of such purchase shall occur immediately upon execution of this Agreement.

The closing of such purchase shall occur immediately upon execution of this Agreement.
