Number of Users. The License Agreement is based on the number of users who will have access to the Licensed Materials. The number of users can be based on total graduate enrollment and faculty or total research and development employees. For a college or university, the number of sites is equal to the number of campuses. For a corporation, the number of sites is equal to the number of company locations that will have access. For public libraries: 10% of the population served.
