Number, Term and Qualifications. The Company may have one or more Managers. Appointment of Manager(s) or increases or decreases in the number of Managers may be made as the Members shall from time to time determine, by unanimous agreement, or by amendment to this Agreement. Each Manager shall hold office until his successor shall have been appointed. Managers need not be Members of the Company.
