NUMBERS AND NUMBER PORTABILITY. BellSouth shall provide e.spire with nondiscriminatory access to telephone numbers and Local Number Portability pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in Attachment 5 hereto, and in accordance with the Act, including Sections 251(b)(2), 251(b)(3), 251(e), and applicable FCC and State Commission Requirements.
