Numbers of Days. In computing the number of days for purposes of this Agreement, all days shall be counted (unless otherwise specified herein), including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays in the State of Arizona; provided, however, that if the final day of any time period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday in the State of Arizona, then the final day shall be deemed to be the next day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or holiday in the State of Arizona.

  • Counting of Days Except where otherwise specifically provided, any reference in this Note to a period of "days" means calendar days, not Business Days.

  • Length of Day The total workday shall consist of not more than 7 hours and 45 minutes and shall include a scheduled duty-free lunch period as provided to employees or SUCCESS employees under Subsection 3 of this Article.
