Common use of OA SBU FEES Clause in Contracts

OA SBU FEES. 3.1 The Customer shall pay to GSB an intrinsic value component (the “Floor”) per SBU and [*] percent ([*]%) of the Additional Value (the “GSB Share”) per SBU.
