Common use of OBJECTI ONS Clause in Contracts

OBJECTI ONS. Buyer m ay object in writing to defects, exceptions, or encum brances to t it le: disclosed on the survey other than it em s 6A( 1) through ( 7) above; disclosed in the Com m itm ent other than it em s 6A( 1) through ( 8) above; or which prohibit the following use or activity: .
