Common use of OBJECTI ONS Clause in Contracts

OBJECTI ONS. Buyer m ay object in writing to defects, exceptions, or encum brances to t it le: disclosed on the survey other than it em s 6A( 1) through ( 7) above; disclosed in the Com m itm ent other than it em s 6A( 1) through ( 8) above; or which prohibit the following use or activity: . Buyer m ust object the earlier of ( i) the Closing Date or ( ii) days after ▇▇▇▇▇ receives the Com m itm ent, Exception Docum ents, and the survey. Buyer’s failure to object within the t im e allowed will constitute a waiver of Buyer’s r ight to object; except that the requirem ents in Schedule C of the Com m itm ent are not waived. Provided Seller is not obligated to incur any expense, Seller shall cure the t im ▇▇▇ objections of Buyer or any third party lender within 15 days after Seller receives the objections and the Closing Date will be extended as necessary. I f objections are not cured within such 15 day period, this contract will term inate and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ ▇▇▇▇ will be refunded to Buyer unless Buyer waives the objections.
