Common use of Objection Period Clause in Contracts

Objection Period. No later than the date set forth in the Notice of Resolution, any Class Member may petition the AJ to vacate the resolution because it benefits only the class agent, or is otherwise not fair, adequate and reasonable to the class as a whole.
