Common use of Objectionable Name Clause in Contracts

Objectionable Name. To the extent Tenant desires to change the name and/or logo set forth on the Tenant's Signage, such name and/or logo shall not have a name which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the Comparable Buildings (an "Objectionable Name"). The parties hereby agree that the name "Roku" or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall not be deemed an Objectionable Name.

To the extent Original Tenant desires to change the name and/or logo set forth on the Tenant's ’s Signage, such name and/or logo shall not have a name which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the Comparable Buildings (an "“Objectionable Name"”). The parties hereby agree that the name "Roku" names “DexCom, Inc.” or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall not be deemed an Objectionable Name.

To the extent Original Tenant or its ------------------ Affiliates desires to change the name and/or logo set forth on the Tenant's Signage, such name and/or logo shall not have a name which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Projecta first-class project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the Comparable Buildings (an "Objectionable NameOBJECTIONABLE NAME"). The parties hereby agree that the name "Roku" or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall not be deemed an Objectionable Name.

The parties hereby agree that the name "Roku" “LoopNet” or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall not be deemed an Objectionable Name.

The parties hereby agree that the name "Roku8x8" or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall not be deemed an Objectionable Name.

The parties hereby agree that the name "Roku" or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall not be deemed an Objectionable Name.

To the extent Tenant desires to change the its name and/or logo set forth on logo, the Tenant's Signage, such name and/or logo shall not have a name or symbol which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is objectively inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the Comparable Buildings Project (an "Objectionable Name"). The parties hereby agree that the name "RokuAtlassian, Inc." or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall not be deemed an Objectionable Name.

To the extent the Original Tenant desires to change the name and/or logo set forth on the Tenant's ’s Signage, such name and/or logo shall not have a name which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the Comparable Buildings (an "“Objectionable Name"”). The parties hereby agree that the name "Roku" “IXIA” or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall not be deemed an Objectionable Name.
