Common use of Objectionable Name Clause in Contracts

Objectionable Name. To the extent the Original Tenant or a Permitted Transferee Assignee desires to change the name and/or logo set forth on the Exterior Building Signage, such name and/or logo shall not have a name which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the Comparable Buildings (an “Objectionable Name”). The parties hereby agree that the name “Lyft” or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall not be deemed an Objectionable Name.

To the extent the Original Tenant or a Permitted Transferee Assignee desires to change the name and/or logo set forth on the Tenant’s Exterior Building Signage, such name and/or logo shall not have a name which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the Comparable Buildings (an “Objectionable Name”). The parties hereby agree that the name “LyftYammer” or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall not be deemed an Objectionable Name.

To the extent the Original Tenant or a Permitted Transferee Assignee desires to change the name and/or logo set forth on the Exterior Building Tenant’s Signage, such name and/or logo shall not have a name which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a an institutional landlord of comparable first-class office buildings in the Comparable Buildings area of the Building (an “Objectionable Name”). The parties hereby agree that the name “LyftResponsys, Inc.,” or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall not be deemed to constitute an Objectionable Name.

The parties hereby agree that the name “Lyft” "Penumbra, Inc." or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall not be deemed an Objectionable Name.

To the extent the Original Tenant or a Permitted Transferee Assignee desires to change the name and/or logo set forth on the Exterior Building Tenant’s Signage, such name and/or logo shall not have a name which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the Comparable Buildings (an “Objectionable Name”). The parties hereby agree that the name “LyftEntropic Communications, Inc.” or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall not be deemed not to constitute an Objectionable Name.

The parties hereby agree that Notwithstanding the name “Lyft” foregoing, under no circumstance shall "Janux Therapeutics", "JANX" or any reasonable similar derivation thereof, shall not thereof be deemed considered an Objectionable Name.

The parties hereby agree that the name “Lyft” "eBioscience, Inc." or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall not be deemed an Objectionable Name.
