Common use of Objectionable Name Clause in Contracts

Objectionable Name. Tenant's Signage shall not include a name or logo that relates to an entity that is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, that is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or that would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the Comparable Buildings (an "Objectionable Name"). Landlord agrees that each of "Five Prime Therapeutics, Inc.," “Five Prime Therapeutics,” “FivePrime” and “Five Prime” and the tagline “Protein Medicines for Life” in connection with any of the foregoing is not an Objectionable Name.
