Objections to RFP Terms. Should a prospective Proposer object on any ground to any provision or legal requirement set forth in the RFP (including all Appendices and all Addenda), including but not limited to Objections based on allegations that: (i) the RFP is unlawful in whole or in part; (ii) one or more of the requirements of the RFP is onerous, unfair or unclear; (iii) the structure of the RFP does not provide a correct or optimal process for the solicitation of the Services; (iv) the RFP contains one or more ambiguity, conflict, discrepancy or other error; or (v) the RFP unnecessarily precludes alternative solutions to the Services or project at issue, the prospective Proposer must provide timely written notice of Objection as set forth below. a) An Objection must be in writing and must be received by the City no later than 5:00 p.m. on the 10th working date prior to the deadline for proposal submittal (as that deadline may be adjusted by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇).
