Obligation to Continue Payments. The Employer agrees to pay the required premiums as follows: 1. Six (6) weeks for health insurance while on layoff. 2. TwelveTwelve (12) weeks for health insurance while on approved leave of absence other than sick leave. 3. One (1) year for health insurance while on sick leave. 4. Eighteen (18) months for workers compensation leave. The Employer shall resume payment of insurance premiums for eligible employees who return to work from layoff or unpaid leaves of absence as of the first (1st) day of the premium month following the date of the employee’s return to work.
