Common use of Obligation to Continue Clause in Contracts

Obligation to Continue. In the event of the occurrence of a Terminating Event with respect to any General Partner, the remaining General Partners, if any, and any successor General Partner, shall have the obligation to elect to continue the business of the Partnership employing its assets and name, all as contemplated by the laws of the State. Within ten (10) days after the occurrence of such Terminating Event, the remaining General Partners, if any, shall notify the Investor Limited Partner and the Special Limited Partner thereof.
