Obligation to Correct. (a) The Contractor must remedy any damage to the Object as soon as possible, but in any case no later than the Correction Deadline, or if no Correction Deadline applies with regard to the damage in question, within a reasonable period of time. In the latter case, the Contractor must provide the Contracting Authority with a correction plan specifying the reasonable period involved and requesting the Contracting Authority to approve the said period provided for in the correction plan. If the Contracting Authority cannot approve the said period provided for in the correction plan, the correction plan will be determined subject to Article 21 (Dispute Resolution). (b) This obligation does not apply in regard to any damage that is the consequence of a Force Majeure Event.
