Common use of OBLIGATION TO MARK Clause in Contracts

OBLIGATION TO MARK. Licensee agrees to mark ▇▇▇h Product or item of Accessory Equipment on which an Atlas Bradford Connection is Threaded or Reconstructed by Licensee pursuant to this Agreement with marks showing: (i) the Atlas Bradford Connection was Threaded or Reconstructed by Licensee under license from Grant; (ii) the appropriate Grant Trademark(s) for the Atlas Bradford Connection; and (iii) the appropriate patent number or reference to patent numbers.
