Obligation to Mitigate Damages. The Employee shall not be required to mitigate the amount of any payment provided for in Section 4.1 by seeking other employment, but the amount of any payment provided for in Section 4.1 shall be reduced (but not below zero) by any compensation earned by the Employee as the result of his employment by another employer subsequent to termination or resignation of his employment with LP.
