Obligations Continuing. Notwithstanding a reference of a dispute to the dispute resolution procedure in this clause 14: (a) the parties shall, so far as it is reasonably practicable, continue to perform and comply with their respective obligations under this Agreement to the extent that such obligations are not the subject of that dispute; and (b) the parties are not precluded by this clause 14 from exercising their rights of termination in accordance with clause 12 (term and termination).
