Common use of Obligations Not Reduced Clause in Contracts

Obligations Not Reduced. The obligations of each Subsidiary Guarantor under this Second Supplemental Indenture shall not be satisfied, reduced or discharged solely by the payment of such principal, premium, if any, interest, fees and other monies or amounts as may at any time prior to discharge of this Second Supplemental Indenture pursuant to Article VIII be or become owing or payable under or by virtue of or otherwise in connection with the Notes or this Second Supplemental Indenture.
