Common use of Obligations of Agents Clause in Contracts

Obligations of Agents. The Issuer shall observe and comply with its obligations and use all reasonable endeavors to procure that the Agents observe and comply with all their obligations under this Indenture and procure that the Registrar maintains the Register outside the United Kingdom at all times and notify the Trustee immediately after it becomes aware of any material breach of such obligations, or failure by an Agent to comply with such obligations, in relation to the Notes.
