Obligations of All Parties. (a) Each of the Parties shall deliver either a notarised and apostilled copy of each power of attorney, or a notarised and apostilled copy of the signed board resolutions under which any Transaction Document has been executed (as applicable), with an explicit authorization relating to the arbitration clauses of the Transaction Documents, if any. (b) If any Person appointed as agent for service of process ceases to act as such the relevant Party shall promptly appoint another Person to accept service of process on its behalf in England and notify the other Parties of such appointment. If it fails to do so within ten Business Days any other Party shall be entitled by notice to the other Parties to appoint a replacement agent for service of process.
