Common use of Obligations of All Parties Clause in Contracts

Obligations of All Parties. All Parties shall: a. Participate in the implementation of regional projects and initiatives within the Bay Area Urban Area that are consistent with the mission and decisions of the Approval Authority, including participation in the Risk and Capability Assessment process on an annual basis. b. Provide personnel with subject-matter expertise to participate on any advisory groups or working groups established by the Approval Authority and/or the General Manager. Such personnel shall be authorized to take action for and speak on behalf of the Party.
