Obligations of All Parties. (a) THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS. The parties shall cooperate with each other with respect to the defense of any claims or litigation made or commenced by third parties subsequent to the Closing Date that are not subject to the indemnification provisions contained in Section 10 of this Agreement.
