Common use of Obligations of Amalgamation Sub Clause in Contracts

Obligations of Amalgamation Sub. Gateway will take all action necessary to cause Amalgamation Sub to promptly perform its obligations under this Agreement and to consummate the Amalgamation on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
