OBLIGATIONS OF AN OPERATOR. 4.5.1 The Operator shall: 4.5.1.1 supervise the Petroleum Operations on behalf of the Contractor; 4.5.1.2 represent the Contractor in all matters related to the Agreement; and 4.5.1.3 be the only Person which, on behalf of the Contractor, may execute contracts, incur expenses, make commitments and implement other actions in connection with the Petroleum Operations. 4.5.2 The obligations, liabilities, acts and omissions of the Operator are considered the obligations, liabilities, acts and omissions of the Contractor.
