Common use of Obligations of Both Parties Clause in Contracts

Obligations of Both Parties. According to this Agreement, both Parties are obliged to: (a) act, for the duration of the Term of this Agreement, in accordance to the Applicable Law; (b) hold all of the licences, permits and certificates required to engage in this Agreement; and (c) share and use information only and to the extent necessary for the performance of the services and obligations provided herein, and refrain from sharing any commercially sensitive information, including but not limited to price costs, strategic or marketing plans, pipeline products or research and development plans, or from taking any action that violates (or could be deemed to violate) competition laws.
