OBLIGATIONS OF NETWORK. 3.1 Access to, Fulfillment of, and Membership Fees for the Fitness Passport Program. Each Participating Network Facility shall provide all Members with access to the Participating Network Facility and all regular Network services, during the hours of operation as advertised by the Participating Network Facility to include, if applicable, an orientation to the Participating Network Facility and the equipment. In connection with participating in the Fitness Passport Program, each Participating Network Facility will provide Members with membership to their facility at the rate set forth in Appendix A.

In connection with participating in the Fitness Passport Program, each Participating Network Facility will provide Members with membership unlimited visits to their facility Participating Facility at the rate set forth in Appendix A.
