Obligations of the Developer. 6.2.1 The Developer must, within 10 Business Days of execution of this Agreement: (a) do all things necessary to allow the registration of this Agreement to occur, including but not limited to obtaining the consent of any mortgagee registered on the title of the Land; and (b) pay any costs incurred by Council in undertaking that registration. 6.2.2 The Developer must provide Council with evidence that the Agreement has been registered on the title to the Land within 10 Business Days of registration.
