Common use of Obligations of the Purchaser Clause in Contracts

Obligations of the Purchaser. 5.1. The Purchaser undertakes to perform its obligations in accordance with the Contract, including but not limited to the Scope of Work (PART 4: SPECIFICATIONS), subject to the satisfactory fulfilment of the obligations by the Supplier as set out in this Contract. 5.2. The Purchaser shall monitor and evaluate the Supplier’s performance in respect of the Scope of Work.

Obligations of the Purchaser. 5.1. The Purchaser undertakes to perform its obligations in accordance with the Contract, including but not limited to the Scope of Work Specifications (PART 4: SPECIFICATIONS), subject to the satisfactory fulfilment of the obligations by the Supplier as set out in this Contract. 5.2. The Purchaser shall monitor and evaluate the Supplier’s performance in respect of the Scope of WorkSpecifications.

Obligations of the Purchaser. 5.1. The Purchaser undertakes to perform its obligations in accordance with the Contract, including but not limited to the Scope of Work specifications (PART 4C5: SPECIFICATIONS), subject to the satisfactory fulfilment of the obligations by the Supplier as set out in this Contract. 5.2. The Purchaser shall monitor and evaluate the Supplier’s performance in respect of the Scope supply and/or rendering of WorkGoods and/or Services. 5.3.

The Purchaser shall monitor and evaluate the Suppliersupplier’s performance in respect of the Scope Contract and in accordance with the provisions of Workthis Contract, the GCC, SCC and any annexure and/or appendix attached hereto, or any other document incorporated by reference to this Contract, including the specifications and conditions of tender for the Tender.
