Common use of Obligations prior to commencement of construction Clause in Contracts

Obligations prior to commencement of construction. 11.1.1 Prior to commencement of Construction Works, the Concessionaire shall: (a) submit to the Authority and the Independent Monitor[s] its detailed design, construction methodology, quality assurance procedures, and the procurement, monitoring and construction time schedule for completion of the Project in accordance with the Project Completion Schedule; (b) appoint its representative duly authorised to deal with the Authority in respect of all matters under or arising out of or relating to this Agreement; (c) undertake, do and perform all such acts, deeds and things as may be necessary or required before commencement of construction under and in accordance with this Agreement, the Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits; and (d) make its own arrangements for quarrying of materials needed for the Project under and in accordance with the Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits.

Obligations prior to commencement of construction. 11.1.1 Prior 12.2.1 In addition to obligations and conditions specified, prior to commencement of Construction Works, the Concessionaire shall: (a) submit to the Authority and the Independent Monitor[s] Expert its detailed conceptual plan, layout plan,, detailed design, engineering drawings, construction methodology, quality assurance procedures, and the procurement, monitoring engineering and construction time schedule for completion of the Project in accordance with the Project Completion Schedule as set forth in Schedule-I; (b) appoint its representative duly authorised authorized to deal with the Authority in respect of all matters under or arising out of or relating to this Agreement; (c) undertake, do and perform all such acts, deeds and things as may be necessary or required before commencement of construction under and in accordance with this Agreement, the Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits; and (d) make its own arrangements for quarrying procurement of materials needed for the Project under and in accordance with the Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits.
