Common use of Obligations To University Clause in Contracts

Obligations To University. Sublicensee shall agree to be bound directly to the University in respect of all obligations to the University set forth in Sections 2.03, 2.04 and 2.05, ARTICLE V, Sections 6.02 and 6.03, ARTICLE VII, ARTICLE VIII and Section 9.5;

Obligations To University. Any Sublicense shall specify that it is subject to this Agreement and that Sublicensee shall agree to be bound directly to the University in respect of all obligations to the University set forth in Sections 2.03, 2.04 2.04, 2.05 and 2.052.06, ARTICLE V, Sections 6.01, 6.02 and 6.03, ARTICLE VII, ARTICLE VIII and Section 9.5ARTICLE IX;
