OBSERVATION AND EVALUATION. Observation and evaluation of teaching distance video classes shall be in accordance with the terms of the collective bargaining agreement between the Association and the Superintendent. Tapes of lessons shall not be used for evaluation, and evaluators shall observe the teacher’s class by their physical presence within the classroom, rather than monitoring of the lesson via a television monitor.
